1. The deal
This is the agreement between you and Pinned (the app at pinned-tau.vercel.app, the website at pinned.fit, and the iOS/Android wrappers around them). Using any of those means you accept what's below. If something here doesn't work for you, stop using the app — that's the cleanest opt-out.
2. Pinned is not your doctor
Read this twice. Pinned is an educational tracking tool. The math, the Library, Coach, the Stack Optimizer, the Vial Scanner — none of it is medical advice, diagnosis, or a prescription.
Peptides are research compounds. Their legality, purity, and effects vary by country, by vendor, and by batch. You are the one deciding what to put in your body, and you are responsible for: confirming legality where you live, sourcing safely, and talking to a qualified clinician before you start, stop, or change anything.
Pinned and the people who build it accept no responsibility for outcomes from peptides you choose to use, or from how you use the information in the app.
3. Who can use Pinned
You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that.
A lot of the app works without an account — Calculator, Library, the BPC-157 calc, browsing the Tracker. To save a stack, sync across devices, or use Coach, you create an account with an email and password, or with Google / Apple sign-in.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
4. Pinned Pro
Pricing at the time of writing: $59.99/year ($4.99/mo equivalent) with a 3-day free trial, or $12.99/month. Prices can move — if they do, anyone already subscribed gets 30 days' notice before the new price applies to their plan.
Free trial: card on file is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Auto-renewal: each plan renews at the end of its billing window until you turn it off.
Cancelling: in your profile (web) or via the App Store / Play Store (mobile). Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the current period runs out.
Refunds: charged accidentally or not getting value? Email hello@emberventures.io within 14 days. We refund without arguing about it.
5. Things you agree not to do
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or hammer the API.
Don't use Pinned to coordinate harm to yourself or anyone else.
Don't resell, sublicense, or share your account.
Don't upload content you don't own or have the right to share.
Don't try to jailbreak Coach into producing prescriptions, dosing protocols for minors, or anything else outside its purpose.
Breaking these rules can get your account suspended or terminated.
6. Your stuff stays yours
Your logged data — stack, doses, vials, schedules, Coach chats — is yours. We hold it only to operate the app for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
For as long as you have an account, you grant us a narrow license to store and display that content inside the app. The license ends the moment you delete the data.
7. About Coach
Coach is built on Anthropic's Claude. It is an educational assistant, not a clinician. It can be wrong. Sanity-check anything important against primary sources or a real medical professional.
Coach is rate-limited on the free tier (currently 5 messages); Pro removes the cap. Automated scripting, prompt-injection attacks, or other abuse will get you throttled and may end the account.
8. About the Vial Scanner
Vendor letter grades shown in the Scanner are aggregated from publicly published third-party lab data (Janoshik Analytical, Finnrick, PeptideScores, etc.). They are educational signals only — not endorsements, guarantees of purity, or commercial recommendations. Always verify a vial with its own COA before injecting.
9. Third parties we lean on
Supabase (auth + database), Anthropic (Coach), Stripe / Apple / Google (payments). Their terms cover their slice of the service. Pinned doesn't control how they operate.
10. Uptime, downtime, and changes
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. The service can go down for maintenance, updates, or because the internet had a bad day. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
We can change, suspend, or retire features without notice — though for anything you've paid for we will refund the unused portion if a feature you specifically subscribed for is removed.
11. The legalese — limitation of liability
Pinned is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pinned or from the peptides you track in it.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify Pinned against third-party claims that arise from your misuse of the app or from peptides you choose to use.
12. Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pinned is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts there, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to sue locally — in which case you keep that right.
13. Ending it
You can end this agreement any time by deleting your account.
We can end it (with or without notice) if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impractical for legal or technical reasons.
Sections that should logically survive termination (liability, indemnity, governing law) do.
14. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get an in-app banner and an email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Pinned after that means you accept the new version.
